Readings are delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase. If you have not received your reading within this window, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Due to the personal and custom nature of each reading, all sales are final once the reading has been delivered. If you have not received your reading, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
